The postal stamp is devoted to the 375th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. The town was founded in 1628 as a war fortification. The stamp features the building of the river station, the Church of St.Nicholas (built as a memorial to all those repressed), the rocks of the national park "Stolby", the monument to Andrey Dubensky (he founder of the town) and the emblem of Krasnoyarsk.
