Cathedral of the Dormition (1475 – 1479, by Aristotle Fioravanti and Russian workmen).The Cathedral was painted in the 17th century by Dionisiy, Ivan and Boris Paiseins. It was a shrine of Moscow metropolitans and patriarchs, the place for coronations and church wedding of princes and tsars. It contains a unique collection of icons (11-17 cc).

Cathedral of Annunciation (1484-1489, by Pskov masters). The cathedral was built instead of the one of the 15th century. In 1508 it was painted under the direction of a painter Feodosiy. The cathedral is a kobold church of Moscow tsars.

Archangel Cathedral (1501-1508, by Alevisio Novi). Alevisio Novi used the methods of the Italian Renaissance (pilaster capitals, storeys). The Cathedral served as a shrine first for Russian princes and then – for the tsars, up to Ivan V.
