The Black Sea fleet is the operatively-strategic association of Navy of the Russian Federation on Black sea. Bases are located in Sevastopol and Novorossiysk. The structure includes a division of the surface ships, sea aircraft, and also armies of coastal defense. The date of the Black Sea fleet creation considers as the time of Azov and Dneprovsky flotilla in the Akhtiarsky bay in May, 1783 basing. According to the Catherine II decree on February, 10th, 1784 the city and port Akhtiar (White rock) have been renamed into Sevastopol. Stamp shows the Andreevsky flag and the Navy flag of the USSR, and also an outline of Black sea. On the brims of the souvenir sheet there are monument to the flooded ships (sculptor A.Adamson, 1905), an emblem of Navy of Russia, Rotbannerorden and the Georgievskaya tape.
