The dog is the oldest friend of man. It was domesticated in the 8th chiliad A.C. or even earlier. Cane-korso is one of the most rare and expensive dogs in the wold. Sharpey is one of the ancient breeds of dogs, it is about 2000 year old. Bullmastiff was bred in the 60’s of last centuri for the protection of the feather from poachers. Fila Braziliero was first used for the jaguar hunting and for the capture of the runaway slaves, and also for the yarding of the cattle and common works. Neapolitan mastiff is a lineal descendant from ancient Moloss dogs, which were brought by the Romans for taking part in the fights and hounding on ancient Rome's arenas.
