The issue is devoted to the 60th anniversary of the traffic police in Russia. The State Automobile Inspection was created in 1936. In 1998 it was renamed the State Road Safety Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RF. Its main purpose is to control traffic. The margins of the sheetlet feature highways near urban districts. In the upper right corner there is a road police helicopter. The text reads "The State Road Police was established in 1936".
