Acrobatics is one of the main kinds of sport. It comprises calisthenics, vaults and exercises on horse, rings, balance beam and other sport devices. Acrobatics appeared in the begining of the 19th century. It was included in the Olympic Games in 1896. World championships have been held since 1903, and Europe championships - since 1955.
