The Golden Gateway in Vladimir is the only remained memorial to the military engineering architectonics of Ancient Russia. The Gateway were built in 1158-1164 under Andrew Bogolyubsky. The Gateway was the main and the most solemn gateway of the North-East capital of Russia. The Gateway was rebuilt in the 17th-18thcc.

K.Minin and D.Pozharsky Statue (by I.P.Martos) was the first Moscow monument erected not in honour of the tzar but of the national heroes. In 1818 the statue was placed in front of the Kremlin, near the Torgoviye Ryady, which were rebuilt after the fire. Only years later it was placed in front of St Basil's cathedral, where it is situated to the present day.
